People on the first floor would not wear a knock-on shoe, there would be no problem with it. You're the perfect apartment.

Doch später merkt man doch Schwächen, Dusche keinen Thermostaten/Einhebelscher, Badezimmer Waschbecken Plastic, Küche alles abgezählt am Geschirr alles nur 3fach,
da es nur ein Zimmerapartment ist......darf der Partner keine Frühausteher sein.
Man muss aber auch sagen Preis/Leistung ist schon oK, und wir kommen wieder, wann Dusche geändert, Vermieter hat kenntis
At first glance everything was great, clean, nice short walk to the thermal bath,
But later you notice weaknesses, shower no thermostat / single lever, bathroom sink plastic, kitchen everything counted on the dishes everything only 3 times,
since it is only one room apartment ... the partner may not be an early bird.
But you also have to say price / performance is okay, and we'll be back when the shower is changed, the landlord knows
