Kritikán aluli a szolgáltatás, és nagy közegészségügyi kockázatot teremtenek ezzel a városrészen.

A szemét szállítás szerződést Mezőkövesden lehet megkötni.OTT közölték igaz az előző lakó egyedül élt 60 literes az edény -nekünk 2 -en vagyunk 120 l után kell a szállítást fizetni !? a 60 literes kukát csak MISKOLC JÓZSEF ATTILA U.65 be cserélhetjük 120 literesre.. IGEN ?? vihetem a hátamon Miskolcig !? ja kérjek meg valaki autóst vigye el DE én nem a szomszédomnak fizetem a havi szolgáltatást ...a kicsi kocsiba be se fér.....kiszolgáltatott helyzet !! más szolgáltató nincs ..jó lenne csere lerakatot szerződni talán az Önkormányzattal. Várom a megoldást --nem vagyok egyedül ez másnak is probléma --vica verze 60ról 120ra , 120ról 60 ra --vagy a nyudíjasnak már hallgass ?!

A garbage delivery contract can be concluded in Mezőkövesd.OTT stated true the previous resident lived alone 60 liters of the container on 2 of us we are 120 l after the delivery must be paid !? the 60 liter trash can can only be replaced with 120 liters by JÓZSEF ATTILA U.65 MISKOLC .. YES ?? can i take it on my back to Miskolc !? yeah ask someone to take me a car BUT i don't pay my neighbor the monthly service ... it doesn't fit in the small car ..... vulnerable situation !! there is no other service provider .. it would be good to sign an exchange warehouse perhaps with the Municipality. I'm waiting for the solution - I'm not the only one else with this problem - vica version from 60 to 120, from 120 to 60 - or listen to the retiree ?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tucatnyi hívásból egyetlen alkalommal sem vette fel senki! Mindez garantáltan munkaidőben történt,és az oldaluk szerint is nyitva voltak. Percekig tartó csörgetésre,többszöri újrahívásra sem reagáltak egész nap. Ha még arra sem képesek hogy egy mozgóképes portást alkalmazzanak,aki nem annyira béna hogy felvegye a telefont,nos mit is várhatnánk egy ilyen cégtől.... Ez kritikán aluli!
Of the dozens of calls, no one answered a single time! All of this was guaranteed to take place during business hours and they were open according to their side as well. They did not respond to ringing for minutes or repeated redials throughout the day. If they can't even employ a mobile porter who isn't so lame to pick up the phone, well, what can we expect from a company like this .... It's below criticism!
