★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorszámért az internetbankon keresztül jelentkeztem be. A protokoll szerint felhívott volna az illetékes bankfiók, ez sajnos nem történt meg. A segítőkészség viszont maximális volt, az adott ügyintéző pedig maximálisan tájékoztatott. Lehetőség szerint kerülöm a bankfiókos ügyintézést, de ez most gyorsan és precízen zajlott le.

If possible, I will avoid the administration of the bank branch, but this has now been done quickly and accurately.
