A kollégáknál is szintén kedvesen ment az ügyintézés, azt gondolom a többi fiók tanulhatna ügyfélkiszolgálásból a Soproni fióktól! A cultured, clean, modern environment, here the customers are really attentive, as I expect the branch manager to be very kindly offered with coffee and mineral water. Colleagues also had a nice job with the administration, I think other branches could learn from customer service from the Sopron branch!
N	Niko S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagy nulla elég gyakori probléma mostanában hogy nem működik az automata vagy a net bank vagy egyik sem. Nem lehet utalni stb mások meg remegnek várják a pénzt. Big zero is a fairly common problem these days that doesn’t work with ATMs or net banking or either. It can’t be referred etc. others are trembling waiting for their money.

So ein unfreundliches,arrogantes Personal hab ich noch nie gesehen. I was in Hungary with my husband. I came to this branch looking for information. You didn't say hello, didn't ask if you could help me, nothing! I have never seen such rude, arrogant staff.

d	déry árpád on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem ártott volna a december 31. napjára vonatkozó nyitvatartással frissíteni a google-t, mert akkor biztosan nem keringtem volna félórát a belváros körül, h le tudjak parkolni, majd a Deák tér közeléből nem sétáltam volna át a Várkerület 16. szám alá. Csak emlékeztetőül: a google szerint ma 15:00 óráig, míg a valóságban 12:00 óráig van nyitva a fiók. Köszönöm h meggyalogoltattak, a jövőben nem fogok kérni semmilyen szolgáltatásukból. It wouldn't have hurt to update google with the opening hours on December 31st, because then I certainly wouldn't have been circling the city center for half an hour if I could park it, and then I wouldn't have walked to the 16th District of the Castle District near Deák Square.
