Customer betting is extremely slow !! We have to wait for hours especially when we are around lunch time! I have to change bank !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon szép épület kívül- belül. Van ATM a bank bejárata mellett. Az ügyintézés gyors. A Katona József Szinházzal majdnem szemben.
Very nice building inside and out. There is an ATM near the bank entrance. Administration is fast. The Katona József Theater almost opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem mások kárára (ügyfelek) kellene próbálkozni ezzel a bankosdival. Fél éven át nem tudtak számlakivonatot adni ami érthetetlen. A szolgáltatások minősége felháborító! Több mint 2 órát kellett várnom hogy megszüntethessem a számlámat.
A számlám megszüntetésétől függetlenül továbbra is folyamatosan kapom a számomra irrelevans üzeneteket a banktól. Több alkalommal jeleztem ezt feléjük de lathatóan a bank rendszere még ennek kezelésére sem alkalmas.
It should not be to the detriment of others (clients) to try this banker. For half a year they could not issue a statement of accounts, which is incomprehensible. The quality of service is outrageous! I had to wait more than 2 hours to cancel my account.
Regardless of the termination of my account, I continue to receive irrelevant messages from the bank. I have indicated this to them several times, but the banking system is not even capable of handling it.
