★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Állítom hogy ez Magyarország legrosszabb bankja. Nagyon magas díjaink vannak és kérdés nélkül lenyúlják a pénzedet! Az ügyfélszolgálat borzasztó és tehetetlenek és mindegyik csak a pénzedre játszik maradj tőlük távol ahogy csak tudsz.
I claim that this is the worst bank in Hungary. We have very high fees and will take your money down without question! The customer service is awful and helpless and everyone is just playing for your money stay away from them as much as you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minden, csak nem ügyfélbarát bank! Nyugdíjas hölgy tanácstalanul áll, a sorszámosztó terminálnál. Annyira "elfoglalt" mindenki, hogy segíteni sem tudnak. A biztonsági őr buzgón nyomkodja a telefonján a Face...-ot. Még szerencse, hogy az ügyfelek segítenek neki. A banki alkalmazott felkészültsége oly tökéletes, ja NEM!! Tévedése miatt kellett visszamenni. Biztosan tudom, nem leszek az ügyfelük.
Illetve egy kérdés: a legkisebb szolgáltatónál is lehet kártyával fizetni, a bankban miért nem?
Everything but a non-customer friendly bank! A retired lady stands helplessly at the serial number terminal. Everyone is so "busy" that they can't help it. The security guard is zealously pressing Face ... on his phone. Luckily, customers are helping him. The preparedness of the bank employee is so perfect, yes NO !! He had to go back because of a mistake. I know for sure I won't be their customer.
Or a question: you can pay with a card at the smallest service provider, why not at the bank?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had my bank account here since the early 1990s. I also took out a mortgage here in 2004. Everybody's helpful and nice here. Drop in and ask them about banking facilities they can provide you with.
