L	Lászlóné Szobonya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nem lehet ügyintézővel kapcsolatba lépni ,csak a gépi hang irányít és a végén be mondja minden munkatárs foglalt hívja később majd ad egy kódot hogy a mai nap folyamán vissza hívnak ,és nem hívnak de odáig még nem sikerült elintézni amit akartam pedig fontos ,a telefonom számlán pedig sok a nem tudom hogy fogok tudni beszélni ügyintézővel ,így még nem jártam ! it is not possible to contact an clerk, only the machine voice controls and in the end it says all employees are busy call later and then give a code that they will call me back today and they won't call but so far I haven't been able to arrange what I wanted is important, on my phone bill and a lot of I don't know how I'm going to be able to talk to an clerk so I haven't been!

Azt sem tudják hol vannak. Közben az adatainkat adják és veszik simán. Életükben nem hallottak adatvédelemről, az ügyfélszolgálatos gyerek azt bírta mondani, hogy ez nem tartozik hozzá.... Nobody on the phone should look for these !!!! They can't answer anything. A meaningful sentence does not come out of their mouths, they will put everything in their lame system. Nem kértem teljeskörű tájékoztatást, csak 2 kérdést tettem föl, hogy mi a következő lépés, hogy előre lépés történjen az ügyünkben. Ilyen ember ne dolgozzon telefonos ügyfélszolgálaton. Telefonszám egyszerűen nincs feltűntetve a kapcsolat menüben (csak fax van, de ki használ faxot 2021-ben könyörgöm?) Szeretném elkezdeni visszatörleszteni a tartozásom, de nem ismerem az ügyiratszámom...Siralom az egész. A pathetic fossil of all communication. There is absolutely no reply to the email. Phone number is simply not listed in the contact menu (there is only a fax, but who will use fax in 2021 please?) I want to start repaying my debt, but I don't know my case number ... Mourning is all over.
