A velük szerződésben álló cég a vállalt napon nem szállította ki a megrendelt és kifizetett bútort. Természetesen a megadott telefonszámokat sem vették fel, sem a Möbelix. Így kénytelen vagyok több helyen panaszt és feljelentést tenni. Senkinek nem ajánlom a Möbelixet, se a Bútor24.hu céget. The furniture purchased at Möbelix was not delivered after 6 weeks, despite several promises made over the phone. The company contracted with them did not deliver the ordered and paid furniture on the agreed date. Of course, neither the telephone numbers provided nor those of Möbelix were recorded. So I am forced to file complaints and complaints in several places. I do not recommend Möbelix to anyone or Bútor24.hu.

Hosszú hónapokba telt, a pénz átutalása a számlámra, emailben való megkereséseimet többször lepattintották magukról. Ezek után természetesen soha semmit nem veszek tőlük. A reklamációval kapcsolatosan naponta írok a vevőszolgálatra, ahonnan információt nem kapok, hogy mikor fogják cserélni, javítani a bútort. A mai napon közölték velem, hogy aki a reklamációkkal foglalkozik szabadságon van, ezért a héten nem intéződik semmi. Napi szinten jelzem az irányukba, hogy legyen szíves valaki informáljon, valamint vigye el a minőséghibás bútort - érdemi válasz nincs. Kritikán aluli a vevőszolgálat. I signal in their direction on a daily basis so that someone can inform you and take the defective furniture - there is no meaningful answer. Customer service is under criticism. E	Easthvan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A kezdeti súlyos nehézségek és drámai élmények ellenére (szállításkor sérült a megvett értékes példány, az áruház hétvégén passzív volt) végül a Möbelix központi ügyfélszolgálat rendkívül gáláns, profi és fair módon kezelte az ügyünket és 100%-os megoldást adott számunkra, egy másik vadonatúj kanapét szállított le nekünk soron kívül és a vaskos 28e szállítási díjat is elengedte számunkra! Fotón a gyönyörű sarokkanapé. A múltban is vásároltam már tőlük többször és akkor is maximálisan meg voltam elégedve (fotó arról is itt). Ajánlom mindenkinek a top minőség és esztétikus bútorok miatt is őket. Maga az áruház telefonon elérhetetlen és passzív, de a központ profi. I recommend them to everyone because of their top quality and aesthetic furniture. The store itself is inaccessible and passive by phone, but the center is professional.
