Bár nyilván sok embernél bejön a dolog...
Warranty management is a joke, they get bogged down in the whole thing and they wear out smoothly, with the simple lie that they have nothing to do with the warranty (Manufacturer, Central Service, etc.) that's right. Although obviously a lot of things come to mind ...

Here they took about 20 seconds to actually find a QC 3.0 and they are indeed very nice to customers so I recommend this small store if you are looking for a mobile device or case /any other mobile device related stuff
