T	T F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vettem egy mobilt ott helyben, mert elromlott a régi. Egy úttal rendeltem KÉT DARAB új huawei telefont, darabja 70 ezer forintért. A fiatalember felhívta a központot, hogy mikor tudják küldeni. Ez csütörtök volt. Következő hét max szerda -volt a válasz. Pénteken hívtam az érkezés hetében, h megjöttek - e már a telefonok (otthagytam névjegykártyát, két elérhetőséget). Válasz: jah, nem küldék, mert ezért-azért. A mai napig nem tudom, hogy mitől 5 csillagos ez a bolt. Az ember, aki ott volt, említette, hogy ő csak beugrós, aki miatt (valószínű) 5 csillagos a kiszolgálás, nem volt ott. Az a kérdésem: ha veszek több, mint 50 ezer forintért egy telefont helyben, rendelek másik 2-őt közel 150 ezer forint értékben, miért nem tudják legalább felhívni az embert, hogy nem lesz semmi az üzletből, mert letojják az ügyfeleket? A legrosszabb service, ahol eddig voltam. Seholn nem engedik meg maguknak azt a luxust, hogy még csak fel sem hívják az ügyfelet, hogy felejtse el a megígért árut, még csak nem is foglalkoztak vele. Előleget is hagytam volna, de azt mondta az ember, hogy nem kell, majd ha megjönnek, elég, ha fizetek. Természetesen soha nem teszem be ide a lábam és mást is arra biztatok, hogy messzi ívben kerülje el ezt a boltot. Inkább menjen oda, ahol tényleg kiszolgálják az embert, mégha olyan remekül is megy az üzlet, hogy nem érdekli őket olyan vevő, aki együttesen közel 200 ezer forintot hagyna ott. Soha többé!! I bought a cell phone there locally because the old one is broken. I ordered TWO pieces of new huawei phones in one go, for 70 thousand forints. The young man called the center when they could send him. It was Thursday. Next week max Wednesday - was the answer. I called on Friday the week of arrival to see if the phones had arrived (I left a business card, two contacts). Answer: Yeah, I didn't send it because of it. To this day, I don’t know what makes this store 5 stars. The man who was there mentioned that he was just an intruder who, due to (probably) 5 star service, was not there. My question is: if I buy a phone locally for more than 50 thousand forints, I order another 2 for almost 150 thousand forints, why can't they at least call the person that there will be nothing out of the store because they put down customers? The worst service I've been to so far. Nowhere do they afford the luxury of not even calling the customer to forget the promised goods, they didn’t even deal with it. I would have left a down payment as well, but the man said I didn’t have to, and then if they did, it would be enough if I paid. Of course, I never put my foot in here and I encourage others to avoid this shop in a far arc. Rather, go to the place where people are really served, even if the business is going so well that they are not interested in a customer who would leave nearly 200,000 forints there. Never!!

I bought a phone accessory which of course is not compatible with my phone (galaxy note10 +). Of course, block is not given by the seller so you fall for the stunt.
