★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még sose találkoztam ilyen kedves ügyfélszolgálattal. Billentyűzetet kerestem a laptopomba, de a kép hiányzott a webshopról és féltem megrendelni. Felhívtam a céget, mire azt válaszolták, hogy csinálnak róla gyorsan egy képet és feltöltik a webshopba egy 15 percen belül, hogy meg tudjam nézni. Miután letettük a telefont, rá 5 percre még egy smst is írtak, hogy mostmár fenn van, meg tudom nézni. A jövőben is őket fogom választani:)
I have never met such kind customer service. I was looking for a keyboard for my laptop but the picture was missing from the webshop and I was afraid to order it. I called the company and they replied that they would quickly take a picture of it and upload it to the webshop within a 15 minute time so I could watch it. After we hung up the phone, they even wrote an smst for 5 minutes that it is now up, I can watch it. I will choose them in the future too :)
