We have been building in Kecskemét for 3 years. The Modern Home was completed in half a year and could be moved in with the house. We were satisfied with any special wishes fully completed. What was very important to us was that most of the permits for paperwork were also done by them. After the move, we noticed that one of the window panes was a bit damaged, it was completely replaced for free within 1 week! Later, the doors and windows had to be set, the next day they came for free, set them up. Special thanks to the contact person István Kocsis, he was very helpful!

We were left behind by our previous contractor. Through our real estate, we got in touch with Modern Home, where the sales manager of Szeged, István and one of the owners, were provided with their support. We probably wouldn't have contracted with another. Everything is done according to the contract. They provide what they communicate. They are reliable, accessible, and able to compromise within the framework. They work fine with good technology, neatly. Their construction stands out among their competitors. I can recommend them.

Although we only worked together until the negotiation phase of the general construction (an acquaintance finally agreed to replace them), we only had a good experience with Modern Home. The team consists of professional, kind, customer-oriented, knowledgeable people.

After the construction, I took over our house with mixed emotions. On the other hand, warranty administration and helpfulness are insignificant. Not even half a year had passed since the first problems (floor subsidence, wall and floor tile cracks, etc.) occurred, which we also indicated and asked for repair at the same time. After a lot of correspondence, we managed to get there in 2 years to see what the problem was at all. They then flew on to the repair as well (the situation was encouraging, progressing nicely, although we suspected it was just a symptomatic treatment), but as soon as they got to the most delicate part with the repair, the work was interrupted and communication became one-sided. Since then (7 months ago) they have not responded to the request. (Maybe the problem is bigger than we guessed?) Anyone with similar problems with the company should not hesitate to visit my lawyer among my appraisals, who will be happy to connect cases for more effective action. The construction team is very stupid, they skillfully color the story, so I look forward to hearing what the answer will be. I have attached some daunting photos of our three year old bathroom. Update: The ModernHome team has beautified it. Our former contact (István) took over the case and at the end of May 2020, the errors resulting from the incorrect fitting of the shower drain were corrected very effectively. I therefore changed the original 1 rating to 3. Special thanks to István for urgently starting the process. We hope that the further sinking of the floor will stop and there will be no more problems with it. Update 2 (07/09/2020): At the request of the contractor, I deleted the previously uploaded images of the defects. The road was long and bumpy, but the bugs were eventually fixed.

Undercritical communication, which involves sending out a payment briefing. No liability is accepted for any mistakes made. To mention one of the many: without a spirit level and without a floor, the laminate flooring was improperly laid, which makes it no manufacturer's guarantee, undulating, slipping and picking up. To do this, we need to move out of the house with 2 small children, which was handed over by more than 200 days, of course the cost of the sublease only bothered us at that time. A forensic expert commissioned by us has determined $ 3.5 million in damages, which, of course, are not intended to be repaired or compensated. It is a huge disappointment for me, I really regret choosing them, I do not recommend them to anyone! We are also looking for homeowners who have done the same for joint advocacy. We were satisfied with the general execution, although we had to pay a small plus for each work process, but we calculated this from the outset. Communication has been exhausted in cash-in email. Upon taking over the house, we jointly recorded the defects, which have not been corrected since. When will they be? Deep silence about it. At the end of the construction I had to go through everything to give any information. Great marketing, few real bases. Unfortunately, great Hungarian hungaricum, responsibility is zero !!! Busting, that goes. Warranty repair from my own pocket, if it doesn't pay off ......

I do not recommend them to anyone! Max to my enemy. Non-contract materials were also installed + as planned. (eg waterproofing) Clay has gotten into the terrace and if I feel like it I can push my finger. Of course, who would have been in charge of checking this is the assistant to the thing. Respectively, the quality of 1-2 workflows is also critical. Forensic expert + 2 years of litigation slowly ... Of course we go to the finals. If you want calm construction, don’t fall for the marketing material.

In accordance with all the conditions included in the contract, our house was built in 1 year, the quality materials were put on / off. According to other experts, everything is very quality. Professionals came went overall with everyone we could communicate to agree. I can only recommend them! Contact with the company / financial / is really cumbersome a bit maybe even raw. Surely they are in no hurry to pick up the phone right away !!! I can recommend them !! We would like to thank you for your work and expertise. And we are happy with our new beautiful home :)
