A beépítéssel, gyártással nem volt nagyobb gond, az ajtók azonban utólagos beállítást igényelnek, nem csukhatóak rendesen, a zsanéroknál az ajtók fa szerkezete több helyen megsérült. A nyílászárók 3 hónaposak. Sajnos többszöri jelzés (Telefon és email) ellenére nem jönnek ki beállítani, megnézni. Sőt, ezidáig válaszra sem méltattak. Egyébként szépek a termékek, de úgy tűnik jogos garanciális javítás, utólagos beállítás nem jár hozzájuk, vagy csupán nem foglalkoznak az ügyfelekkel a gyártás és beépítés elvégezte után... :/ We ordered wooden doors and windows, a total of 8 windows and 3 doors. There were no major problems with the installation and production, but the doors require retrofitting, they cannot be closed properly, the wooden structure of the doors at the hinges was damaged in several places. The doors and windows are 3 months old. Unfortunately, despite multiple alerts (Phone and email), they don’t come out to set it up, check it out. Moreover, so far no response has been received. Otherwise, the products are beautiful, but it seems to be a legitimate warranty repair, they do not come with a retrofit, or they just don't deal with the customers after the production and installation is done ...: /

Ilyen árak mellett elvárható lenne. I talked to them once, it was enough for a lifetime. If a woman is degrading to work, pick up the phone, hire someone for this purpose. At such prices, it would be expected.
