★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lemosattam extra (közepes) programon az autót. A hátsó üvegen karcolt, a kerekekből csak a bal elsőt sikerült lemosnia. Mivel nem gondoltam, hogy reklamációval bármit elérnék, visszagurultam előre és a kútnál található kefével magam kezdtem letisztítani a dísztárcsákat. A kedves benzinkutas (aki ahelyett, hogy segített volna egy hölggyel beszélgetett, hosszasan, kedélyesen, közben megjegyzéseket téve), kisvártatva jelezte, hogy az a kefe az ablakokhoz való, menjek inkább a mosóba.
1) Jeleztem, hogy onnan jövök, nem mosta le. Erre csak a vállát tudta megvonni.
2) A kefe olyan szakadt volt, hogy fel sem tételeztem, hogy ezzel bárki a szélvédőjéhez nyúlna. (Friss állapotában is összekarcolná egyébként.)
3) A kút üres volt, a kefét alaposan leöblítettem többször is. Senkit sem zavartam vele.
4) Máskülönben a porszívók egyike sem működött. Több másik berendezésen is láttam ugyanezt a jelzést a kúton, és még mocskosak is voltak.
Összegészében elérték, hogy egyetlen Mol kúton se legyen kedvem megfordulni a jövőben.
 I washed the car in an extra (medium) program. He scratched the back glass, only managed to wash the left front from the wheels. Since I didn’t think I would achieve anything with a complaint, I rolled back forward and started cleaning the decorative discs myself with the brush at the well. The kind gas station worker (who, instead of helping, talking to a lady, at length, cheerfully, while making remarks), waited a moment to indicate that that brush was for the windows, I would rather go to the washroom.
1) I indicated that I was coming from there, did not wash it. All he could do was shrug.
2) The brush was so torn that I didn’t even assume anyone would touch its windshield. (Even in its fresh state, it would scratch anyway.)
3) The well was empty, I rinsed the brush thoroughly several times. I didn't bother anyone.
4) Otherwise, none of the vacuum cleaners worked. I saw the same sign on the well on several other devices and they were even dirty.
Overall, they managed to keep me from turning to any Mol wells in the future.
