★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer relation. And bad usage of the app. If you ordered a monthly pass, you don't find the possibility to end the monthly fee. Further more they charge 5000 HUF though you gave the bike back in the official place. They have technical problems with app for years and still didn't improove the usage.
