★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really hope the manager of this gas station will read this. One employee working on 6th of August, 3:30 PM (male, aged ~ 50 yo) charged me for extra products which I didn't buy. I cannot understand hungarian on the receipt, but the number of products was higher than I ordered. When I asked for a solution for this (at least he could have given me the rest of the products on the receipt) he pretended not to understand english and ignored me, with a psychopatic smirk on his face.

The place is nice but the staff are so ignorant and need training desperately.
Never met such rude human being and 0 customer service.
Waited for 10 minutes and being ignored.
We speak English but we don't bite why are you so scared?
The woman with a bit acne on her face, she needs to change her nasty attitude.

5 employees, only one treated the customers even though there were at least 10 in queue.
They simply refuse to talk in English and pretend they don't understand what you are requesting from them. More than this, they are talking to each other about customers in their own beautiful language and treat them so rude and disrespectfully.
I honestly hope they get the same treatment from employees of same type of business when they travel abroad but that is very unlikely because something like that I have never experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appreciate the staff and station, saw same bad reviews for this, but the crew from a few hours before writing this was exemplary and they don't charge customers for using the toilets like other Mol station.
