I was there today. Since it was not possible to refuel into a plastic bottle (I needed a few liters for a machine) I took note of this and took a plastic can. The well guy, after being told he could refuel in a can, went into the building behind the counter. He didn’t even ask or wait for what they wanted, they smoked outside in front of him. The guy said with chewing and careless phlegm that he would bring a jug right away. He handed it to me, and as I headed out to refuel, he said to me, "I'll help, or rather solve it." To such a question with phlegm, I answered, I would rather solve it. I went back to the checkout to pay. Guy asks if I have a point collector. I say yes, and I reached into my back pocket to take out the cell phone because it has the point collector on it. I put it in front of him. That's what he can't do anymore. I ask why? The guy says because I pulled my shoulder, he pushed me out. I say I didn’t say I don’t have a point collector. The coworker's woman also says, "I can't hear you? Tell me I shrugged." I just took the phone out of my pocket. They stood up when I said it wasn’t a nice attitude. Oh and the guy raised his voice. What right do they have to talk to a client like that? They said I could safely complain. I have never encountered such an attitude at Mol well outside of Mezőkövesd. It’s not customer-centric at all, I’ll never go there to refuel there, neither for myself nor for a company vehicle. If someone doesn’t feel like working or has a bad day, it doesn’t empower them to treat anyone like that in a jerk.
