★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shopping mall, lots of stores of different food and non-food retail brands, cafés, flower shop, pharmacy, banks, service providers, news stand, etc. I don’t like the fact that they charge a lot for parking, and they charge even if you only stay a few mins. It’s virtually impossible to park outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The spar has a good variety of daily goods and produce. There is beautiful movie hall on the first floor with a nice bar which serves as cafe too. The seating arrangement and quality of sound is very good. The theatre space was very clean. The infrastructure is nice and location is just one minute away from the tram station. I attended INDIAN film festival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and accessible location serving the hotels and the surrounding residential area's shopping needs. There is a cinema, lots of name brand shops, and a large Spar supermarket opened to 10pm.
Do note that most shops may start to close at 9.00pm. Check and plan accordingly, especially if you are coming from overseas and need to get items in the limited time window you have.
