Wanted to buy sofa, ask for a help, but only one person on whole floor was working. After one hour waiting we have left.

Absolutely dreadful. This is a review of both the local shop AND mostly the online interface / service. This was the first and last time I ever purchased anything from this place. Basically, I went in, saw a cool cabinet, and I wanted to buy one. Fair enough, I was sent on a journey around the store, just to find a person to check their stock. Can happen, no big deal. Turns out, they have none - I must order online. Okay. Placed my order. There was NO EMAIL whatsoever when the package will arrive. On the very day, I just got a call, saying "hey we are bringing your order to you".... that was it. Great. No biggie, still. Can happen. Brought in the packages, all good. Then I check the package, take it apart. - Two defective elements. - Only one leaflet of the TWO. Only available in English and other European languages. No sign of Hungarian language anywhere. - NO manual or proper instruction - it was missing. So hey, I contact the shop. Honest mistakes can happen. Uh-oh... they don't have a manual for it. At all. They tell me to ask the shops. Okay. After 5 calls, I manage to get a hold of the shop. Whoops, THEY DON'T HAVE A MANUAL OR LEAFLET EITHER. Now get this. We are talking about even an ENGLISH manual/leaflet. NOT EVEN A HUNGARIAN ONE. And they don't have it. There is not one in the package. I tried Google, nothing. Tried searching the name of this thing, the serial number, everything. No results. It's just infuriating. I've been playing LEGO with this mess for days, just because it has no instruction. I mean IT WOULD HAVE, except MÖMAX can't provide you with one even though they'd be legally compelled to. But you know, big companies can bend rules and law... you know how that goes. Summary? I would avoid it at all costs. Visit there to get ideas maybe, but never ever purchase anything. I mean, IF you truly despise someone like a co-worker. Hate them to their very soul. Then a discounted cabin or something might be a great gift idea! They will despise you forever. They will end up with a mess with damaged parts. Best of both worlds. Other than that, avoid.

Rude arrogant staff.I will not spend any money there.
