I first took out my travel insurance here on the recommendation of a family member when my baggage delay costs were settled quickly and correctly, so I have always been on contract with them ever since. I am absolutely satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Először, utoljára sose többet! Fullos síbiztosítást kötöttem, ráestem a kezemre kificamodott az ujjam Ausztriába. Bejelentettem, kértem számlát mindent Kb. 400EUR-t (~125e Ft-ot) fizettem. Beadtam minden papírt hetekig semmi majd elkezdték kérni hotelszámlát és hogy pontosan hol voltam (ismerős apartmanjába voltam) így nem volt számlám nem tudom ehhez mi közük is. Kaptam egy ujj merevítőt kesztyűt kb.180EUR-ért, ezt nem fizették ki mert hogy "gyógyító eszköz" és az ASZF ezt kizárja. A Biztosítók alapból tudom milyenek, de balesetbiztosításnál ilyennel még nem találkoztam, hogy már itt is keresik a kiskaput. Ilyen erővel ha begipszelik a kezed erre se kötelesek fizetni mert "gyógyító eszköz". Nevetséges.... senkinek nem ajánlom! Fentiek miatt nálunk a Mondail örökre bannolva!
First, last, never again! I took out full ski insurance, and I fell on my hand with my fingers crossed into Austria. I declared, asked for an invoice everything I paid about 400EUR (~ 125e Ft). I handed in all the paperwork for weeks and nothing started asking for a hotel bill and exactly where I was (I was in a familiar apartment) so I didn't have an account I don't know what to do with them. I got a finger stiffener glove for about 180EUR, it was not paid because it is a "healing tool" and the ASF excludes it. I know what Insurers are by default, but I haven't seen one in accident insurance, that they are looking for a loophole here. With such power, if you plaster your hand you are not obliged to pay for it because it is a "healing tool". Ridiculous .... I don't recommend it to anyone! Because of the above, Mondail bans us forever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, car stalled and no help from service center, wont send a tow car because of administrational error due to liscence plate change. Funny how that detail didn't effect last two years of bills for the service and now that you actually need something... nothing
