N	Nenah Spiderbreath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 éve élek Monoron, ebből 4 éve kértem meg őket, hogy én mehessek be a nekem jött levelekért, kétszer kézzel kellett ezt egy A4-es papírra írnom, de ez nem ér semmit, szinte minden hónapban nekem kell rohangálnom a dolgaim miatt az értesítővel, mert csak azt dobja be, de jelezni nem is jeleznek, ha már kihozzák. Miért ennyire nehéz ezt megjegyezniük, hogy MARADJANAK OTT A NEKEM JÖTT LEVELEK stb.??? Kezd nagyon elegem lenni!!! I have been living in Monor for 5 years, of which I asked them 4 years ago to go in for the letters I received, I had to write this twice on hand on an A4 sheet of paper, but it is worth nothing, I have to run around with the notice almost every month, for they only throw in, but they do not even signal when they have been brought out. Egy-egy kedves ügyintéző akad, de őket leszámítva siralmas a hely. 17:30kor postakész csomagot (1 perc átvenni) adna fel az ember 18:18kor kerül sorra...és ezért még több pénzt is kérnék folyamatosan. Ássa el magát jó melyre a vezetés akik szerint ez normális és magasról tesznek rá, hogy ez így "működik"! Under criticism! There are some nice clerks, but apart from them, the place is sad. Most nyomozok, hogy vajon ki vette fel jogtalanul, és hogy adhatta át a postás illetéktelen személynek? Ezért nekem kell utánajárni, hogy mi történt. A	Ancsapancsaj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gusztustalan hozzáállás. Véletlenül az ablakos borítékba rosszul lett az ajánlott levél beletéve és nem látszott a címzés, amit nem vettünk észre. Ahelyett, hogy a "hölgy"-ben annyi emberség lett volna, hogy szól, hogy nem olvasható a címzés, inkább rárakott egy 500Ft-os!! bélyeget, és feladta. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy észrevette, mert akkor nem ekkora értékű bélyeget rak rá. Persze visszaküldték, hogy olvashatatlan a címzés. Bezzeg amikor ők hibáznak! Már kétszer előfordult, hogy a külföldi címzésű levelet belföldinek számlázta. Az egyik alkalommal még le is csesztek, hogy miért nem szóltam előre, hogy külföldi lesz az egyik levél! Mi van?? (bár lehet inkább írástudatlanok, olvasási képesség egy postásnál gondolnám követelmény, de lehet, hogy nem, az sok mindent megmagyarázna). Külön megkerestek, hogy ugyan fizessem már be a különbözetet, mert mégiscsak külföldre megy ugye, még én rohangásztam vissza a postára, hogy ne legyen ebből senkinek problémája.Még legyintettem is, hogy mindenki hibázhat. Hát legközelebb nem! Megy a panasz ne féljetek minden csatornán. Disgusting attitude.
