★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem tőlük újra két sörcsomagot. Az egyikben más évjáratú Franky volt, mint a hirdetésben. A neten megkérdeztem, hogy a hirdetés volt téves vagy a csomag összekészítésél történt valami? Hamarosan csörgött a telefonom,, hivtak a Monyotól, elnézést kértek a tévedésért és küldtek egy helyes évjáratú Frankyt!
Azt hiszem ez az ügyfélközpontú gondolkodás iskolapéldája és abszolút nyugati hozzáállás itt a Vadkeleten.
Meg is ittam az ajándékot az egészségükre, Köszönöm szépen!
 I reordered two packs of beer from them. One had a different vintage Franky than in the ad. I asked on the net if the ad was wrong or something happened while compiling the package? Soon my phone rang, they called Monyo, apologized for the mistake, and sent a correct vintage Franky!
I think this is a school example of customer-centric thinking and an absolutely Western attitude here in the Wild East.
I also drank the gift to their health, Thank you very much!
