Az iroda egy ingatlan vétel/eladás üggyel kapcsolatban segített nekem 2 éve. Az ár a megítélésem szerint 60%-al több volt, mint a piaci átlag ár. Az ügy során egy hibát vétettem, az érdekem csorbult, mely egy tapasztalt, jót akaró ember által - ha megfelelö figyelmet fordít az ügyemre - elkerülhető lett volna.
Egy kedves ismerösöm ajánlotta, így maximális szolgáltatás reményében választottam az irodát a kiemelkedő díjazás ellenére. Utólag úgy érzem, hogy egy átlagos iroda is azonos minőségű eredményt nyújtott volna számomra.
Az asszisztens és a segédügyvéd kíváló ügyfélorientált szolgáltatást nyújtott.
Ezen értékelésemmel óvatosságra szeretnék inteni a hasonló, tapasztalatlan embereket, mint én voltam.
I don’t have much experience with lawyers, so I’d like to share my impression.
The office has been helping me with a real estate buying / selling case for 2 years. The price, in my opinion, was 60% higher than the market average price. I made a mistake in the case, my interest was diminished, which could have been avoided by an experienced, well-meaning person, if he had paid due attention to my case.
It was recommended by a dear friend of mine, so I chose the office in the hope of maximum service despite the outstanding remuneration. In hindsight, I feel that an average office would have given me the same quality results.
The assistant and assistant lawyer provided excellent client-oriented service.
With this assessment, I would like to caution people like me who were inexperienced.
