FERENC KÁRPÁTI (+ 36-20-388-4681) did excellent work and service for household (washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove, etc.) and COLLEAGUES! Luckily there are such entrepreneurs! Story: On Saturday, September 7, 2019, my washing machine crashed into the light and stopped completely: no picture, no sound. I called Mr Karpaty (around 2 pm on a Saturday afternoon), who was happy to tell me what could be wrong and offered to give me about. Within 1 hour you would come and check the washing machine. This is what happened. He found what he said in the phone as a mere suggestion that the washing machine was short-circuited and its panel (practically the control "brain") and the heating wire had to be replaced. Late afternoon, he promised to return with the units mentioned above. They came back around 5pm to replace the panel and the heater. In the trial, unfortunately, the replacement panel burned out again, so the source of the problem still existed. Mr Carpathi reassured me that he would pay for the new panel and that the repair would not cost more than he had previously said, which I considered to be a very fair attitude. A more detailed inspection of the washing machine was necessary, so they returned at 11am the next day (Sunday!) And took the washing machine to their workshop. It was brought back at 5pm in the afternoon (Sunday!), In working order and kept to the originally agreed price for repairs (about 8 hours work surplus). All my appreciation and respect to Mr Karpaty and his colleague. Mr. Karpath shows the love of his profession, his adherence to conscientious and correct conduct of business, and that customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to them. My washing machine broke down on Easter Monday. I called Ferenc Kárpáti, to my surprise he said he would arrive in 20 minutes and see the plane. That's what happened. He is a fast, punctual, professional, fair young man and didn’t even ask for much for the work he did. I strongly recommend it to everyone, you will not be disappointed. I'll call him next time.
