Frissen felújított épület, ízlésesen és hangulatosan berendezve. A tetőtéri szoba kifejezetten kicsi, éjjeliszekrény nem volt, a mosdó fölötti tükör ferde, tehát nem látszik benne az arcom, a medence vize hideg.

Finom a házi krémes, a kávé kellemes ízű volt, kellően erős, udvarias, kedves kiszolgálás. Elég magas árak.

Mindenki kedves, kaja jó, hely tiszta. Jacuzzi kicsit már gyengusz, hol megy hol nem, ezen kívül minden ok. Egy jó hely! ***** ?

Elegáns villában kedves kis szobák különféle tematika szerint dizájnolva. Nagyon kedves a vezető és a személyzet. A konyhán pedig finom ételeket készítenek. Borválaszték elég nagy, nem vagyok boros, de kifejezetten finom volt. Kutyabarát hely, a tacskó imádta. Szauna is rendben. Szeretnénk egyszer visszatérni.

Autentikus, hangulatos hely, mi csak a kávézó, cukrászda részében voltunk a választék pont a kávézóhoz illő nagyon finom házi készítésű sütemények, kiemelném a krémest, ami tényleg főzött krémmel készül. A felszolgálás is nagyon kedves volt.

Nagyon-nagyon kedves kis hely, izléses, igazi állatbarát hely ahol szeretettel bántak a kiskutyámmal❤️. A reggelik finomak, nagyon kedves és barátságos-profi kiszolgálás, wellnes részleg szép, jól felszerelt kiegészítőkkel, nyugodt, GYÖNYÖRŰ PANORÁMÁVAL!!!!!!!!!!! a szauna frissen felújitottnak tűnt tetszett, a medence, jakuzzi kellemesen jó! A szoba viszont rettentően pici volt, még egy darab szekrény se fért volna oda be, nem is volt. Holmijaim maradtak a bőröndömbe amit pakolasztam jobbra balra hogy az ágyhoz férjek ?. Az utolsó este nem volt melegvíz a szobánkban sajnos ?, de a fürdő és a hálószoba felszereltsége is tökéletesen megfelelő a teren és a szekrényen kívül (gondolok itt a wifire, tvre, kényelmes de pici ágyra, zuhanykabinra... ) Mindent összegezve szívesen visszatérnék még ebbe a szállodába ami Visegrád kis szívében helyezkedik el?❤️

Very charming hotel, beautiful interior, a lot of paintings on the walls Friendly staff.

The hotel is overall cosey and clean. The staff was super friendly and made a notable effort make our stay as pleasant as possible. We also enjoyed the sauna & pool. The reason for the low rating is the accumulation of the following issues we encountered: (1) We were not informed that the jacuzzi was out of order when making the reservation. (2) Neither of our two rooms were cleaned (sheets were not replaced, trash bin not emptied, etc...) during our 3 days stay. We only received fresh towels after requesting them. (3) We arrived at around 21:00 pm on a Friday and had to wait for about 15 min. outside the hotel until someone received us. We had informed the hotel that we will check-in late but the reception was closed and no one answered the door. Luckily we purchased a local sim card on the way from the airport so we were able to call the owner and notify her that we had arrived. (4) We wanted to prepare ourselves a cup of tea/coffee we brought with us from home but the rooms are not equipped with a kettle. However, when we requested to use the kettle from breakfast (which we paid for) before the meal, we were told by the hotel owner that it is against the hotel policy and that we can only pay for coffee they served before the meal or drink the coffee included in the meal we paid for. I find this very disappointing and view it as a lack of minimal hospitality. (5) They served the exact same breakfast meal on all 3 days. The variety was limited, the bread was relatively dry and on the last day the coffee pot was less than half full with cold coffee that was apparently left over from the day before (we were the first to sit down when they opened the breakfast tables at 8:00). (6) The showers are very inconvenient since there is no way to hang the shower head and the shower is so small that the entire bathroom floor becomes quickly flooded. We also accidentally pushed in the shower switch which caused the shower to completely stop w working until the maintenance person arrived.
