★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rispetto a tutto ciò che c'è in zona do il massimo della valutazione, non c'è molta scelta al banco, ma fanno tutti i tagli chiesti.
Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale.
Purtroppo la cultura della T-Bone è ancora lontana e anche della bistecca in generale. Le Paillard poi non sanno proprio cosa sono o come si tagliano, idem per i straccetti.
La coltelleria non è la più idonea.
È comunque solo una questione culturale e legata alla cucina locale.
Tutte le carni sono comunque eccezionali.

Compared to all that is in the area I give the maximum evaluation, there is not much choice at the counter, but they do all the requested cuts.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately the culture of T-Bone is still far away and even steak in general. The Paillards don't really know what they are or how to cut them, ditto for the strips.
The cutlery is not the most suitable.
However, it is only a cultural issue and linked to local cuisine.
However, all meats are exceptional.
