I missed one thing from their buffet they don’t have a lactose free head so I couldn’t drink a delicious coffee! But that’s just a twist, because we felt great anyway! Clean locker room, cultured service! Thank you very much! ??

It is cheaper with a St. Martin card, now it is 1200, - the skater's ticket and 500, - the escort ticket. Lockers and skates can be rented for an extra charge. There were many, due to winter break and good weather. We recommend it to winter sports enthusiasts with a pass!

We have regretted the unreasonable behavior of an employee working in a skate hire company, especially an older lady, and if we think about it more, it is detrimental to their own business .... We arrived at the ice rink before 16:00, when we received information from the lady working in the rental that the children could still skate for half an hour because there was track maintenance between 16:30 and 17:00. There was no problem with that, they came off the field before 16:30 and we sat down to have a hot drink in the buffet ... Then we went to hand over the skates at 17:00, when the lady at the rental company told us to pay for the other half hour that had passed during the course maintenance ... I was puzzled, not getting a spark as to why I should pay for that time. when we weren't even able to use the skates ....?!? I asked him about this unreasonable demand .... he said he would ask his supervisor then .... In the meantime, two people (a guest and a staff member, an older lady working in the locker room) informed me that in several places it is stated that no rental fee will be charged for the maintenance period of the course ... Meanwhile, the lady arrived with the "senior" senior staff member, who announced with great grace that they would now release this period!?! (the one they couldn’t charge anyway)! By the time I informed him that the tender would be taken down, then that would not be the case. According to the "senior" senior lady working in the rental business, the listing is only valid if someone is renting for several hours and then the maintenance period included in it will not be charged. According to him, as soon as the kids came off the course, the skates should have been handed over immediately and then returned to the buffet at the course. ? To the buffet, which is next to the track, while the rental is located next to the exit.? "Thanks" to him for being able to close the children's experience so unworthily ....

The track is flawless, the ice is very good quality. We visited the buffet several times during the long afternoon and the service was never impeccable. On one occasion, it was necessary to say specifically when the order would be placed, because whoever asked for it had already received it. The answer came: sorry for the delay. The younger generation on the track is pretty cluttered. For young children and amateur ashes, don't go too long because it can be quite dangerous. Anyway, it is a very good place, a good opportunity for recreation and entertainment for the little ones and the big ones.

The ice rink in Szombathely is getting on in years (the new one is already being built next to it) but still provides excellent entertainment. The entrance fee is very cheap, there is even the possibility to rent ice skates, which I don't recommend because they are already quite outdated and bad, it is better to take your own with you.
