★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai délelőtt vásároltam egy "akciós" terméket, amit teljes áron adtak el nekem. Amikor délután visszavittem és felhívtam a figyelmét a problémára, az eladó néninek csak annyit sikerült mondania, hogy "emberek dolgoznak itt is..."
A következő mondatok jobban estek volna: "elnézést kérünk a kellemetlenségért", "köszönjük, hogy jelezte a hibát"
I bought a "discount" product this morning, which was sold to me at full price. When I took it back in the afternoon and drew your attention to the problem, the sales aunt just managed to say, "People work here too ..."
The following sentences would have been better: "sorry for the inconvenience", "thank you for reporting this error"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Müller is my favorite store, because of the quality and variety of products. Unfortunately this shop particulary have very bad location (far from the city center) and the choice of goods could be richer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve bought a deodorant thinking it was perfume ( it was beside each other on the shelves) with the same price, different millilitres. I just bought the smaller one thinking about the airplane allowance back to England. Just right after I left the store I have noticed the small letters saying deodorant. When I went to exchange it, the manager said that she couldn’t as I took the plastic coating on it off. The plastic coating is not the PACKING MANAGER. I do not recommend the store!
