Ezt kétszer jeleztem már e-mailben és telefonon is próbálkoztam, de semmi válasz. Botrányosan amatőr voltam, hogy nem néztem meg a review-kat rendelés előtt, de kisgyerekkel vírus idején mindent online rendelek és ilyet még sehol nem tapasztaltam. Hátha a fogyasztóvédelemnek is lesz erről véleménye. Based on the sizes listed on the website, I ordered a vest that differs by 10 centimeters in length and chest width from the advertised product, so it is not good at all. I've already indicated this twice in an email and tried on the phone, but no response. I was scandalously amateur that I didn’t check out the reviews before ordering, but I order everything online with a toddler at a time of virus and I haven’t experienced anything like this anywhere before. Maybe consumer protection will have an opinion on this as well.

Hitvány egy bolt, senkinek nem ajánlom, nincs az a kedvező ár, amiért heteket és hónapokat megérje várni mindenféle információ nélkül. I have been waiting for more than 1 month for the ordered items for which I wrote 7-14 days. No phone pick up, zero information. This is not the first time, but the last. It’s a stupid store, I don’t recommend it to anyone, there’s no good price to wait weeks and months without any information.

Amint hozzájuk megérkezett vissza a cipő én értesítést kaptam sms-ben (persze nem tőlük). Egy hónapig tartott mire visszakaptam az árát plusz ahogy előttem is írták el sem lehet őket érni. It's just awful..I don't recommend it to anyone! The shoe I ordered was a size 37, for which I got a size 35. I sent it back with a refund. As soon as the shoes arrived back to them, I received a notification via SMS (not from them, of course). It took me a month to get the price back plus as it was written before me they couldn’t be reached either.

Értesítést nem küldenek a csomag érkezéséről és arról sem adnak tájékoztatást, hogy nem postázzák a listán szereplő összes terméket. A csomag hiányosan 1900Ft-os szállítási költség mellett már nem érte meg, ennek tudatában inkább máshol vettem volna meg a munkaruhákat. I do not recommend ordering online from anyone. The package arrived after more than a month, which is also incomplete. They will not notify you of the arrival of the package or provide information that not all items on the list will be mailed. The package was no longer worth it with a delivery cost of HUF 1,900, I would have bought the work clothes elsewhere.
S	Sarolt Molnár on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olvastam a tapasztalatokat a céggel kapcsolatban, viszont én csak pozitív dolgokat tudok leírni. 3 pár cipőt rendeltem, ebből kettőt külön kérésre/rendelésre intéztek el, az olasz gyártón keresztül, így elkészülhettek az álom cipőim. Készségesen a segítségemre voltak a kapcsolattartók is, e-mail formában és telefonon is(több alkalommal is). A cipők nem érkeztek meg egyszerre, de a cég postaköltség nélkül, elküldte a később elkészült cipőt is. Így nálam minden téren 5* a cég, és az ott dolgozók hozzáállása is. Azt is szeretném kiemelni, hogy több céggel is felvettem a kapcsolatot, de sem a méretemben, sem a megfelelő márkában nem tudták elintézni a számomra megfelelő cipőt, csak a WSW segített, amiért tényleg hatalmas köszönet. ??? I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, two of which were arranged on request / order, through the Italian manufacturer, so my dream shoes could be made. The contacts were also helpful to me, both in the form of e-mail and by phone (several times). The shoes did not arrive at once, but the company also sent the shoes finished later without postage. So for me, the attitude of the company and the people who work there is 5 * in all areas. I would also like to point out that I have contacted several companies, but neither in my size nor in the right brand were they able to arrange the right shoe for me, only WSW helped, for which it is really a huge thank you. ???
