★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A segítőkészség és a vásárlókhoz való hozzáállás nulla. Kellemetlenül érzi magát az ember mikor segítséget kér az eladótól mert uram bocsáss meg nem tökéletesen tájékozott a témában.
Fáj az élet nekik, az hogy ügyféllel kell foglalkozni. Persze nagy szájhúzogatva kiszolgállják az embert de olyan kellemetlen légkört teremtve hogy kb. soha nem vágyik vissza az ember a boltba.
Szerencsére a termékek jók de az emberi tényező hihetetlen rossz.
Helpfulness and attitude towards customers is zero. You feel uncomfortable when you ask the seller for help because sir sorry you are not perfectly knowledgeable about the subject.
Life hurts them, it has to deal with a customer. Of course, they serve the person with a big mouth pull, but creating such an unpleasant atmosphere that approx. one never longs to return to the store.
Fortunately, the products are good but the human factor is incredibly bad.
