I’ve been noticing the business for myself for several years now, but I’ve never been able to get into it until now (September 2018). They also have a huge selection of audio and "movie" records. I came in looking for a specific record, not giving me a great chance to find it. The store manager briefed me a lot on where to find the disc, and from then on I had about two moments to find the coveted CD in the crowd, which is in excellent condition - despite the used case, the case and the disc itself. .

I'm from Debrecen, and I wanted to ask the seller via Facebook, in a message, so that you could see if Which of the 20 DVDs would you be interested in, and if I brought them in on the spot, about how much would you be willing to pay for them. Unfortunately, I got the negative answer quite succinctly, which I don’t fully understand ... I don’t think there would be that much time to look at the photos and tell which one would be interested and which wouldn’t. This would have been important for me, the "countryside", because I would not like to go to Budapest from Debrecen to sell a couple of DVDs if the way there was more expensive than I get for the records. I just wanted to see clearly that of the 20 movies on my shelf that I would get anything for if I brought it into the store. On the other hand, the store took a few words and sent it away. They may be kind on the spot and customer-centric, but they are very lagging behind in the online space. And surely it's not just me who has a similar question ... But they say these customers don't deserve the same service as those who go to the scene. Too bad ... and I was hoping we could communicate properly ... Maybe in the future, if I head towards Budapest, I will jump in. I may change my opinion of the place as well, but until then, it's leaving this form with just a very weak two stars ...
