Gave them multiple chances, however, my experience was always the same: they treat you like garbage, unless of course you're a pal, in which case they'll talk to you instead of trying to help the customers, in fact, they make the customer feel like they are bothering them. You can also make it very clear that you have a lot of money, in which case you'll get all the attention, but don't bother going in and looking for a cheaper option. Also, they'll always make it crystal clear that they are very smart and good drummers and you, the customer, don't know anything. I asked them about the Tune bot one time and they literally laughed in my face saying you can only tune a drum using your ears. So much for innovation I guess. They also have literally no idea what's in stock. I ordered from the website one time and they called me on the phone and asked me to go in the store. I did, where they told me they have other options in the warehouse. I selected one, then two weeks later they called me and said the option I selected isn't available in the warehose. Very disappointing customer service every time, they live in the past. Not giving them another chance and I recommend you don't either.
