A	Anita Derda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felháborító hogy ebben a nagy városban heti 3-szor van ügyfélfogadás.Nemrég jártam ott 4.5 órába telt hogy egy ügyintézőhöz jutottam.Télen majd a nagy mínuszokban lehet kint sort állni,mert egyszerre kb.5 embert engednek be abba a pici helységbe. It is outrageous that there is a reception in this big city 3 times a week. I recently went there for 4.5 hours to get an clerk. In winter, you can line up in the big minuses, because about 5 people are admitted to that tiny room at a time.

T	Trio Soft on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szűk levegőtlen ügyfélfogadó helység. Zsúfoltság órákig tartó várakozás. Nem 21. századi színvonalú az ügyfélfogadás. Az ügyintézők kedvesek, bár jobb körülményeket megérdemelnének. A rég 5 csillagos volt, az új viszont egy borzalom, a régi helyük újra kiadó talán ki lehetne venni vissza. El gondolkoznák rajta. Narrow airtight customer reception. A crowded wait for hours. Customer reception is not of the 21st century. The clerks are kind, though they deserve better conditions. The old one was 5 stars, but the new one is a horror, their old location re-renting maybe could be taken back. They would think about it.

Én úgy gondolom, hogy egy szolgáltatnak amiért fizet az ember több tisztelet járna az ügyfélnek! Azzal is tisztában vagyok, hogy nem az ott dolgozok a hibásak mert ilyen a rendszer de azt nem hiszem, hogy ezellen nem lehetne valamit tenni! Azért adok egy csillagot mert csillag nélkül nem lehet írni! Aki teheti kerülje őket messzire! I have to wait 1 hour outside the door to get an appointment!
