When I was there there was 1 lady who helped but since they were with her so the wait was a bit. They are flexible and kind.

Precíz szervezés, kényelmes és tiszta autóbusz, barátságos, intelligens sofőrök, felkészült, nagyon barátságos, tényleg az utasok igényeit szem előtt tartó idegenvezetővel! Nagyon-nagyon köszönjük! Csodálatos helyeken jártunk, jó kis csapattal, ahol minden szervezetten működött. Időben tájékoztatva lettünk előzetesen is az iroda munkatársai részéről. Megyünk máskor is!
Accuracy, reliability, readiness! This is not the first time we have organized a trip to the Pope N-Tours office. We last took a day trip to Hallstatt. Precise organization, comfortable and clean bus, friendly, intelligent drivers, prepared, very friendly, with a guide that really pays attention to the needs of the passengers! Thank you very much! We went to wonderful places with a good little team where everything worked in an organized way. We were also informed in advance by the staff of the office. We're going another time!
