Best Italian restaurant in Hungary

S	Soomin Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elegant interior, good views and service, with high prices and mediocre quality. Consider 40% of the price as a reasonable fee for AC + views on a hot summer day. Fancy plating. English, card, etc. Overall, great for tourists on dates.

This makes you think you booked a spot in a good restaurant. Then you arrive only to find out that the place has been closed for a long time. Would be good to shut the website and online ordering system

I was just passing by and remembered they have business lunch set menus. I'm kinda vegetarian. Turned out today's pizza Diavola in the set had pepperoni in it. But they had me when they said they can remove and bring vegetarian version for me. I had a vegetable soup (also from the set) , which was okayish. Later pizza arrived, the dough was good, but it tasted a little bit salty to me. What was definitely good - cranberry lemonade (not in the set). All in all, a pleasant experience.

The Tiramisu was one of the best we’ve ever had (both the original and lactose/gluten free versions). Portions were a bit small as noted in other reviews but were perfectly filling and left room for dessert. Would definitely go again next time in Budapest!

The food was mediocre at best. I had a pasta dish which wasn't very hot. My friend said her fish was cold. Another said her pasta was just OK. The one person who ordered pizza said it was good. Service was friendly when the waiters actually came to our table but we had to flag them down for menus, wine order, appetizer order, and basically everything. I give this a miss. Much better Italian to be had in Budapest.
