Welcoming staff and great rooms, perfect for a short or medium getaway, especially in Summer. Make sure to try the canopy rides / adventure park. Not for the faint hearted though :)

Breakfast theoretically from 07:00 o'clock. But not even on time, always too late, I stood always in front of a locked door (-1 star). Food is okay, rooms and hotel are clean, new and modern. I like to use the hotel again.

Very new opened in 2016. Excellent dinner, great breakfast with wide range of selectable dishes. Spa is moderate sized, but clean. Steam bath available.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very new and clean. Would recommend reserving a bit more time to enjoy the park and beautiful scenery around this place. Also very, very popular as a wedding location. Hotel is of world class quality so expect also prices of that level.

Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a few days holiday without getting out of it. Nice lake, playgrounds for the kids, pool, spa. The breakfast and dinner were pretty good. Service is good as well.

Here for a wedding and facilities were great; waiting staff for food was great but there was confusion with my having pre-paid/booked lunches and their need to charge me again for costs (despite informing them of the prepaid arrangement before). Calmly explained and tried to show the invoice itemised for the said lunches etc but reception then clearly showed their displeasure and impatience and started whisking out receipts on their side to prove me wrong despite patience and civility on my side. As an English-speaking Asian with little Hungarian, I understand that I’m ‘at the wrong’ for not knowing their language and while most of the staff are extremely helpful (even when we clearly don’t understand each other’s spoken language!) and worked kindly with the guests, I feel some of the staff maybe feel it is beneath them to be serving or manning the reception desk. Best to attend with Hungarian-speaking friends/host; otherwise be ready to be made to feel very unwelcome and although I’ve paid for my stay, I feel like I was there on their charity and goodwill! Shame as 80% of their staff at least are VERY warm and VERY helpful despite varying levels of English proficiency.

I didnt stay at the hotel for the night so i cannot tell anything abou the rooms. But the resturant was super great, also the surroundings was wonderful

Great place. We went there for a wedding and stayed for a night. The room was perfect and the place around the lake is beautiful. The breakfast was nice. I recommend this hotel for weddings.
