 All the autumn cemeteries are beautiful, but the Gardonyi is special. More Hungarian names than usual.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 12m magas obeliszk, amit gróf Nádasdy Lipót emeltetett felesége gróf Forray Júlia sírja fölé. A feleség mellett még öt hozzátartozó is ide lett eltemetve. Érdekesség, hogy a grófné férje nem itt, hanem Lékán a családi sírboltban nyugszik. Az obeliszk egy korábbi temetkezési hely (királydomb) vagy egy (korai földvár) 3m magas domb tetején áll.
12m high obelisk erected by Count Lipót Nádasdy above the grave of his wife Count Júlia Forray. In addition to the wife, five relatives were also buried here. It is interesting that the Countess's husband rests not here, but in Lékán's family tomb. The obelisk stands on top of a former burial site (Royal Hill) or a (early earth castle) 3m high hill.
