★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place could be a lot better if they learned the meaning of good service. They food is "ok". Nothing special about their menu other than their choices of fish are more than elsewhere. When I asked about any "fresh catch" of the day choices I received a brusque "everything is MADE fresh". Of course you "MAKE IT" fresh. My question was if you RECEIVED any fresh catch if the day. I got another cold response of "of course it's all frozen". Many Hungarian restaurants fail miserably when it comes to service and this place earns the gold medal. I was drawn to this place given the rave reviews. Somehow I feel these are mostly good friends and family reviews. There is nothing special about the food here compared to most other places. The service is severely lacking. Hungarians are THE BEST when it comes to hospitality in the home but as a service business they often fail beyond belief. Try your luck elsewhere is my recommendation.
