For my birthday I ordered a plain simple chocolate cake 10 slices, my exposition was that I would like cooked cream not buttercream. The cake, as shown in the picture, has a pleasing, solid decoration. However, the content is below criticism. In a baked creamy chocolate cake, if it is already mixed with margarine, one would expect it to be a good quality Parisian cream if I no longer add to the quality and put in the chocolate gauze. So it was a big disappointment and a burn in front of the guests. And the price is quite high compared to the materials used.
