I didn't know this or that. he did not say this before, and I have already addressed it, so he thinks it could be given as a package, redirects it to the packet dispatch window and does not need to ask for a new number. I had to wait for 5-6 serial numbers, then I gave up - the fight and I left after 45 minutes. I left a small post in 5 minutes. It seemed to me that the sooner they wanted to get rid of the man, they did not give detailed information, although I clearly stated my intention. Then I got such answers that I don't know, maybe, maybe, and so on. But maybe only this one or two was the one I contacted, the rest might be normal. But ultimately, they have achieved their goal, I certainly won't go any further, so with less than one client, they have less to do.

I would like to draw the attention of all postal deliverers to the fact that delivery is not to the doorbell but to the mailbox. Please take the trouble to drop a notification if you can’t identify where to ring, only the homeowner’s name is on the intercom, not all family members are, but yes on the mailbox. Because of his negligence and laziness, we did not receive an important letter for the second time, which we waited a year for. I hope you get to the authorities, city gate delivery. I gave it a star, but it doesn't deserve it either.

Ridiculous. I called them twice every day of the week, but no one ever picked them up, or if they switched to the desired extension, no one there cared. Someone could look at the reviews and there might be some change .. Update: I only give a star because I have to.

Terrible. Packages are constantly late. The workers are not at all helpful when I call the courier, the phone is switched off and no one cares about what the person wants at the customer service. As far as I know, it is the duty of a courier to wait for that person to check the package to see if everything is okay. Nah at the Hungarian Post, the employees can't even do that: D doesn't deserve a star.
