From their special grey cattle to their mangalica pigs to their vegetables to their pickles to their cordials, everything is fresh, flavorful and brings new life to Hungarian staples. The specials are always exceptional, but so are the constant menu items. Don't miss the noodles with dill and cottage cheese or their take on sztrapacska, a traditional Slovakian noodle dish with fresh sheep cheese and pork crackling that they manage to elevate into something at once light and yet true to its roots as a wintery staple.
