After nearly a month of waiting, I was forced to cancel my order. It wouldn't be a problem to have the simplest, commercial asfore switches and connectors out of stock, it's more to have zero communication with the customer. In any case, I called, I inquired. In the last case, they didn't find the order anymore, and they promised to call me back, needless to say, they didn't call.

Don't order from them! A company worth nothing .. !!!! 3 weeks ago I ordered from them 500fm 3x1.5mbcut. As soon as the invoice was sent I also transferred the money. Since then, neither money nor goods. They don't pick up the phone, they keep pushing it out. They do not respond to SMS or Email. If they do not show up soon, I will be forced to turn to consumer protection.

I called them, he was busy, they called me back. They helped me modify my order so that it could be placed immediately because it was urgent. All this at four in the afternoon, and even that day the courier had the package, and the next day everything was fine. That was a big help, thank you! :)

After the first positive experience comes the disappointment on Friday I called from the company that an item from my order is out of stock if they can send the package without it then it will arrive to me on Monday. Did not come! On Tuesday, an inquiry told an arrogant not-so-kind customer service that they hadn’t even given up Tuesday afternoon will be posted. Again, just a speculation because it was only given up on Wednesday and arrived in a box tossed together on Thursday free of any filler material that would protect the ordered product. The prices are good but the company is unbelievable. Disappointment of the company!

Today we ordered material for our apartment ... One of the items marked as stocked was magically out of stock after all. That in itself would not be a problem, but no notification was sent of the expected arrival. We later received a notification about the delivery, and since we had settled in the countryside in the meantime, we wanted to ask for a change of address. There is only an MPL delivery option for which such gentleman’s mischief does not exist in 2022. We called the company five times during business hours, they didn’t pick us up a single time, and they didn’t call me back. We also want to alert you that the phone number on your Google profile does not work. We tried to contact you via email, but the mail is being rejected by their server. All in all, it can be said about customer service on a scale of ten! The web store is clear, the prices are excellent, so not a 1 star rating.

On March 20, 2022, I placed an order for 2 ceiling lamps through the webshop. After that, the invoice notification came on March 23, 2022, in which I paid the amount by bank transfer. After that, I would have thought that if the invoice comes, they will stock up on the product, ship it and ship it in 1-2 days. Well, unfortunately, this is far from the case. They never called me or informed me about anything by email !! On April 1, 2022, I contacted the company by email, but I haven't received a response from them since. Then I tried on the phone, after several unsuccessful calls I was able to talk to a lady who had a hard time informing me that there was a problem with their system and they couldn’t drop the package. We waited another week and a half to see if the lights arrived, but to no avail. Again, I searched the phone for “customer service” persistently and it turned out that the lamp we ordered wasn’t really just another type, so not that they couldn’t give up, they didn’t. So they lied and of course were not informed of anything. After that, the customer service lady even asked me to look for another type of lamp, how it is different from the one we ordered, and let me know if it will be good ..... After that, I asked her to close it with sufficient restraint. my order and refund the purchase price. For about a week, I called regularly when I would get my money back, which came back with great difficulty on April 25, 2022. In my experience, I do not recommend this company to anyone, zero communication, deception of the client, more than a month of procedure for nothing and I am glad I got my money back at all .....
