Disaster! They were asked to place an order that day. They said in the evening that day not to bring it, they gave it a new date. It wasn't brought in on the new date either, so I could only pick up the order on the 3rd time. The pillows next to the bed have not been received since, although I have repeatedly indicated that it has not arrived. They always shook me off. I would not recommend it to anyone, we will never order from this store again.

After 8 weeks, we received the couch promised for 1-3 weeks. We spent the Easter holiday without a couch, thanks to the company (we went to the 7th week then). The man on the phone was teasing and smart (though he wasn't right). The sofa is good value for money, but not worth a dime more.

The ordered sitting set is of good quality. The included pillow set did not come with the furniture and we are waiting for it to arrive in 5 weeks but we will only receive promises about the package (dpd courier service) but it is not specific when it will arrive. Every week the next week is promised. This is not fair, so we need to turn to consumer protection. I do not recommend ordering from here, the attitude of the company is not consumer friendly.

The ordered products have already arrived, although they have not yet been assembled due to the renovation. What I really regret is that home delivery is free, however, they want to put down the ordered beds in front of the gate because they are no longer brought in. The vendors hit their bellies and say 20,000 HUF to bring them into the house / no floor /. Of course there is no account for this !!! And nowhere is it indicated how much the import fee for the house is per floor. For hundreds of thousands of orders, I find this outrageous! Everyone should count on this extra amount requested!

I thought if you leave that much money with a company this big, you will get what you ordered! Unfortunately, I can only write a negative opinion about them. The first L-shaped set arrived incorrectly (along a torn seam), the replacement element was over, of course not smooth troubleshooting. The next 2 weeks came with a slip, with a million calls to them. Of course this is false. Raadasul with the delivery guys "messaging" that jaaaa the pillows didn't arrive at the bed and then DPD once ...... So I wouldn't recommend it to anyone !!!!!!!!!

I chose them because I also come from Szabolcs. Unfortunately, this sentimentalism did not pay off. Instead of the brown sofa, a tiritarka gray arrived in the first place. Well, it shouldn't have been taken over then. The pull-out part was squeezed from the start, so we put it down to push it together. After one of the planks of the barely one-year-old sofa broke, I was promised a warranty repair at my notice. When they arrived for the piece of furniture, the supplier said they came for an "old" piece of furniture. So whoever wants to order from them should know that the delivery of the furniture is max one year. Since then, long months have passed, they have been promised several times to bring it back, and we have been given the freedom to wait for them. Recently, delivery has been promised for many of my inquiries today. I would say we were surprised that I didn’t get here today and didn’t even signal, but I didn’t. Unfortunately, I read the reviews here late. Until then, I thought something was exceptional that broke the planks, but as I see, the overall experience is extremely poor quality. Be sure to go to the Consumer Protection. Update: As an excuse, after I wrote to them again (Consumer Protection did nothing) it was shipped today, they bought back the couch at full price.

Thank you very much, I was satisfied with everything! Fast, correct administration, delivery on time! It was 1.5 weeks! The suppliers are not helpful to bring it up to the 1st floor but it has even been unpacked and assembled! The product is flawless, very beautiful! Next time I will buy from here! Scruffy!
