Jest to miejsce godne polecenia. Np. klimatyzacja jest, ale po jednej małej na kondygnację, ale w pokojach już nie. Rowery są, ale są bardzo stare i zaniedbane i z małą ilością powietrza, nie wszystkie sprawne. Grill jest, ale źle skonstruowany i nie chce się węgiel czy brykiet palić, brak przyborów, a komin kończy się pod dachem wiaty i większość dymu zostaje. Itp.
