Az ügyintéző közölte, hogy ha eladok egy házat pl. 20 millióért és 10 millióért veszek egy másikat, akkor a különbözet, azaz 10 millió Ft után 4% illetéket kell fizetnem, ami nem elhanyagolható, 400 ezer Ft! Hazajövetelkor a neten találtam pár cikket, miszerint olcsóbb ház vásárlásánál nem kell illetéket fizetni, ezért felhívtam a NAV központi vonalát, az ottani ügyintéző elmagyarázta, hogy mivel ez negatív illeték, ezt nem kell befizetni. Tehát a személyes találkozónál egy nagy marhaságot mondott az ott dolgozó, pedig azt gondolná az ember, hogy tisztában kéne lennie a jogszabályokkal! Minek menjen be az ember infót kérni, ha nem lehet megbízni abban, amit mondanak, és még két másik forrásból is utána kell nézni?! I went in for information. Kedves biztonsagi kollegajuk egy ajtouvegre kiragasztott fecnire hivatkozva vilagositott fel, hogy 12.30-ig ebedidö van. Ebedid was forgotten to be posted here during opening hours.
