★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak a gép, semmi konkrét, hogy kapcsolna egy ügyintézőt vagy valami. Nem értem, hogy ilyen fontos ügyekben, hogy nem képesek oda figyelni és jobban karban tartani a rendszerüket.
Just the machine, nothing concrete to turn on an agent or something. I don’t understand that on such important issues that they are unable to pay attention to and better maintain their system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem szívesen mentem ide, mert a környéken, a megyében, százötven kilométernyi körzetben az egyetlen ilyen iroda és tartottam attól, hogy félnapos sorbanállás vár rám. Ehhez képest kellemesen csalódtam. Kora délután egy teremtett lélek sem volt előttem, az ügyintéző kedves, segítőkész volt. Semmi perc alatt elintézte maradéktalanul az ügyemet, talán összesen 10 percet sem töltöttem bent, ez alatt megtörtént az adategyeztetés és a szükséges módosítás.
