★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy letűnt világ megmaradt szégyene! Ahol az ügyfél nem ügyfél hiába fizet a pénztárnál, nem is keveset. Sokkal inkább púp az ott dolgozóknak. Ahol az "idegen" ügyfél csak "csaló" lehet .....! Ahol egy vezető azt merészeli mondani az ügyfélnek " ha nem tetszik, nem kell ide járni"! Kíváncsian várom, de őszintén, hogy ebbe a kormányhivatalba mikor köszönt már be Európa!
