A	Andrea H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ma jártam az ügyfélszolgálaton (Faraktár utcán) és meglepődve tapasztaltam, hogy a biztonsági őr maximálisan emberségesen próbálta a sorban állókat folyamatosan tájékoztatni, továbbá a kisbabás anyukát, idősebb hölgyet behívta a hidegből, hogy végig bent várakozhassanak, míg sorra nem kerülnek. 5* a biztonsági őr emberségének!!!!!! Today I visited the customer service (Faraktár Street) and was surprised to find that the security guard tried to keep the people in line as humane as possible, and he called the baby mom, an older lady out of the cold, to wait inside until they were in line. 5 * security guard humanity !!!!!!

Bár megesett már, hogy foglalásom ellenére "sima" sorszámot osztottak ki, és ugyanúgy hosszú idő után kerültem sorra. Ezt nem igazán tudtam hova tenni. Covid időszakban pedig kint kellett várakozni 20- 30 perceket a hidegben mivel nem engedtek be a hivatalban. Viszont az ügyintézők nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek! Eddig sem volt jó véleményem róluk, nagyon ritka az olyan ügyintéző aki barátságos és segítőkész de a héten betelt a pohár. Úgy gondolom ők vannak értünk és nem csak azért ülnek ott hogy teljen a munkaidejük!!!! Accessibility 0, parking 0, clerks' attitude 0, how awful it is and how mockingly some employees treat it. Respect the exception. So far I have not had a good opinion of them, it is very rare for a clerk who is friendly and helpful but the glass is full this week. I think they are for us and they are not just sitting there to spend their working time !!!!
