★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stay there just fpr 1 night but we was very happy cause good level of service and staff know english. This hotel location in very quite place , it is small town and if you like silence then you will like it. The Room is very clear and nice, we had all what we need. The breakfast was include and take credit cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for snow-white sheets it's not the place to go. The only 2 advantages of the suit - it is spacious and air-conditioned.
Dim light, worn-out mattresses, and PILLOWS - a complete disaster! Cigarette-burnt curtains and shabby bathroom made it worse.
Just for information - the hotel is situated in 2 minutes from the local thermal pool and in the evening people from the rented houses around were enjoying loud music all the way. Spa is the explanation of quite a high hotel price for such a considerably remote place.
The lobby and the restaurant seem quite nice, and breakfast was ok, however some baking or sweet staff to have coffee with unfortunately was missing.
I had such an impression that we were not "warmly welcome" guests and a plate hanging in the lobby and awarding 9.5 points to Nefelejcs hotel for the provided services is exsaagerated, to put it mildly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast was tasty but to eat supper you need to inform with one day advance. In room: shower cabine was broken, fridge the same, only 3 towels for two big adults and a child, air conditioning didn't work well - only on or off, no way to set temperature. All staff members were kind but less than half spoke english.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For 90 euros - no slippers, no shower gel, no shampoo, 1 towel per person (one towel is white and relatively new, another one is rather grey). Mini bar is empty. No drinking water in the room. On top of that I hear TV from the room next to me. Internet is very slow (~2Mbit/s).
