Volt egy állandóan begyulladó foga és a doktornő kezelte igazán, míg egy másik orvos csak annyit mondott, hogy majd elmúlik. Azóta is lelkiismeretesen követi az állapotát és készségesen válaszol a laikus kérdéseinkre ? My daughter and I are going to Jánosháza's doctor. She had a permanently inflamed tooth and the doctor was treating it really, while another doctor just said it would pass. He has been following his condition conscientiously ever since and is willing to answer our lay questions ?

A recepciós szét van esve, az adatkezelés indiszkrét, fennhangon kiabálja a személyes adatokat a többi várakozó füle hallatára. A COVID legsötétebb idején jártunk Téglás doktornőnél, ő be is volt öltözve védőruhába, de az asszisztensének a hatalmas loboncos frizuráját nem fedte semmi, és összefogva sem volt. Amíg a doktornő dolgozott, az asszisztens többször kiment dohányozni, mikor visszament a rendelőbe nem mosott kezet, nem vett föl gumikesztyűt, és miután a mindenki által összefogdosott kilincseket ő is használta, a röntgenben puszta kézzel helyezte be a szájba a szükséges eszközöket. A maszk az állán volt. A panoráma röntgen felületeit, ami az arccal érintkezik, nem fertőtlenítik. Hosszabb kezelésre jártunk, de a fogat végül ki kellett húzni, nem tudom megítélni, hogy ez mennyiben múlt a doktornőn. Nem kaptunk sem kedvességet, sem törődést, (a doktornő kimondottan rideg) tudom, nem ezért megy az ember fogorvoshoz, de jól esett volna valamilyen barátságos megnyilvánulás. Nem éreztük jól magunkat. Azt hiszem, nem fogunk visszamenni, pedig jó lett volna a közelben, Pestimrén egy megbízható fogorvos. Unfortunately, there is no professionalism in any area in the office. We visited Dr. Téglás during the darkest time of COVID, she was also dressed in a protective suit, but her assistant's huge hooded hairstyle was not covered by anything and was not cohesive. While the doctor was working, the assistant went out to smoke several times when he went back to the office with unwashed hands, put on rubber gloves, and after using the handles held together by everyone, he put the necessary tools in his mouth on the X-ray with his bare hands. The mask was on his chin. The X-ray surfaces of the panorama that come in contact with the face are not disinfected. We went for a longer treatment, but the tooth had to be pulled out in the end, I can’t judge how far this went on the doctor. We didn't get any kindness or care, (the doctor is especially brittle) I know, that's not why you go to the dentist, but it would have been nice to have some kind of friendly expression. We didn't feel good. I don't think we'll go back, even though it would have been nice to have a reliable dentist nearby in Pestimre.
E	Eszti Nagy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon pozitív élmény volt a Jánosházi Bernadett doktornővel találkozni, a 2 èves kislányomnak pedig egy kellemes csalódás a dental kópè után ahol kifúrták a fogát ès ez nagyon benne maradt. Addig sírt amíg be nem ült a szèkbe, a doktornő kedvessège,türelme ès ahogy hozzáèrt nagyon nagyon megnyugtató volt !! Ès annak külön örülök,hogy Ő lehet hosszútávon a fogorvosunk, a testvèremèk 1,5 èves kislányának is úgy betömte 2 fogát,hogy èszre sem vette, ès egy másik fogászaton 3 alkalom után sem tudták megcsinálni. Párom is Hozzá járhat! A legjobb ,legkedvesebb doktornő akit ismerünk. It was a very positive experience to meet Dr. Bernadett Jánosházi, and my 2-year-old daughter was pleasantly disappointed after the dental copy where her teeth were drilled and she stayed in it. She cried until she sat in the chair, the kindness and patience of the doctor and the way she was very reassuring !! And I'm especially glad that she can be our dentist in the long run, she also stuffed her 2 teeth for her sister's 1.5-year-old girl without even noticing, and they couldn't do it after 3 times at another dentist. My partner can join him! The best, dearest doctor we know.

A személyzet mindig kedvesen és professzionálisan, a helyzetnek megfelelő védőfelszerelésben fogadott minket. Jánosházi Bernadett doktornőre évek óta nincs panaszunk, az orvosi ellátása pontos és megbízható, pácienseivel pedig türelmesen, kedvesen és tisztelettel bánik. Kezelés mellett mindig világos tájékoztatást is kaptunk, az asszisztensek és recepció pedig szépen támogatják a gördülékeny munkát. We've been here for years. The office is clean, tidy, friendly. The staff always greeted us kindly and professionally, in appropriate protective gear. We have not had any complaints about Dr. Bernadett Jánosházi for years, his medical care is accurate and reliable, and he treats his patients patiently, kindly and with respect. In addition to treatment, we always received clear information, and the assistants and reception are very supportive of the smooth work.

Telefonáltam időpontért, 3 hét múlvára akartak adni, mikor nyitva volt a fogcsatorna, s eszméletlenül fájt. Természetesen rákérdeztem a garanciára, amire a kedves recepciós hölgy válasza annyi volt: "hát én nem értek hozzá, majd megnézi a fogorvos". Értem, javíttassam ki újabb költségekért, amit ők elrontottak. Nincs egy egységes megállapodás ilyen esetekre!? Elmentem másik fogászatra, ahol kiderült, hogy itt úgy tönkretették, hogy gyökérkezeltetni kellett végül, ami ugyebár elég hosszadalmas és költséges folyamat volt. Azt, hogy milyen egyéb kellemetlenségeket okoztak (takarítónéni volt bent csak rendelési időben, hogy megkapjam a röntgenképem, amit előtte leegyeztettünk, hogy átvehetek este, majd így mégse, vagy a recepciós stílusa, stb.,) már ki sem fejtem. I went to another dentist, where it turned out that I was ruined here that I had to have a root canal treatment in the end, which was a pretty lengthy and expensive process anyway. What other inconveniences they caused (I was in the cleaning room only at the time of ordering to get my x-ray, which we had agreed in advance so I could take it in the evening and then cancel it, or the receptionist's style, etc.) I didn't even explain. Never!

A hely kellemes, jól felszerelt. Az árak egyértelműek és a kezelés mértéke határozza meg a végösszeget. Negatív tapasztalatom még nem volt itt.

Rettenetes fájdalmaim voltak a szakrendelőben kapott kezelésem után, de egy nappal később az egyik fogorvos hölgy teljesen megszüntette azt, és a két héttel későbbi, második alkalomig egyáltalán nem is tért vissza. A kezelések abszolút fájdalommentesek és nyugodtak, stresszmentesek. Kellemes a légkör, a fogadtatás, érezni a törődést a páciensekkel. Hosszabb távon mindenképp megéri több pénzt áldozni komolyabb beavatkozásokhoz. They have done a great job so far with my root canal. I was in terrible pain after my treatment in the clinic, but one day later one of the dentist ladies completely stopped it and did not return at all until the second time two weeks later. The treatments are absolutely painless and relaxed, stress free. The atmosphere is pleasant, the reception, the feeling of caring for the patients. In the long run, it’s definitely worth sacrificing more money for more serious interventions.
V	Veronika Kolozsvári on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Első és egyben utolsó látogatásom volt náluk. Elég rossz állapotú foggal érkeztem, előzetes terv a húzás volt. Röntgen után a doktor nő el mondta hogy nem egészen biztos benne hogy ki tudja szedni de meg próbálja. Negyed óráig próbálkozott mindenféle eszközökkel, közben az asszisztens hölgy tartotta a fejem, mivel az érzéstelenítő ellenére is iszonyatosan fájt a feszegetés. Majd mivel nem boldogult, el mondta hogy szájsebész kolléga kell a továbbiakhoz, nekik rendelkezésre akkor nem állt a sajátjuk de készséggel adtak volna időpontot. Úgy engedett el hogy különösebb fájdalom nem várható, tudok majd normálisan étkezni. Az egész délutánomat ambulláns fogászaton töltöttem, mire kiderült hogy csak hónap végén tudják a műtétet el végezni. Ott kaptam fájdalomcsillapítót és antibiotikumot. Több mint két hétig gyógyszert kellett szednem, mindenféle pépes ételen éltem, olyan fájdalom jelentkezett az állkapcsomban. Természetesen mivel ők minden tőlük telhetőt megtettek így a szolgáltatásért járó díjat el kérték,de egy darab papírt, számlát nem kaptam arról hogy ott jártam vagy arról hogy pénzt vett át a recepciós hölgy. Soha többet a rendelő közelébe sem megyek, kritikán aluli hogy magán fogászatként ez a szolgáltatás színvonala. I had their first and last visit to them. I had to take medicine for more than two weeks, I lived on all sorts of pasty food, there was such pain in my jaw. Of course, since they did everything they could, they asked for a fee for the service, but I didn’t get a piece of paper or an invoice for the fact that I was there or that the receptionist took over the money. I will never go near the office again, it is uncritical that this is the standard of service as a private dentist.
